On Suzanne’s last day in The Netherlands, we decided to visit the Stedelijk Museum, which is the best modern art museum in Amsterdam. The museum has a fantastic collection, including works by Picasso, Van Gogh, Andy Warhol, and many other famous artists.
Wanting to embrace the modern art vibe, I chose to wear a colorful outfit in red and fuchsia. While I considered wearing fuchsia pumps, I ultimately went with more practical flats. The weather had turned cooler since the beginning of the week, so I layered up with a gray jacket from In Good Company, which has been a favorite all summer.
You’ve probably seen these pieces on me before, but I hope it’s interesting to see how I mix and match them into different outfits. It’s crucial to have a versatile wardrobe, and I enjoy finding new ways to wear my clothes since I get bored of wearing the same outfits quickly. Trying different color combinations and styles keeps things fresh for me.
Here’s a look at my hair and outfit braving the chilly wind. I was joined by my friends Greetje, Anja, and Suzanne. Despite the gloomy weather and rain, which made it cold inside, I closed my jacket for extra warmth and enjoyed a hot tea and a piece of delicious apple pie.
