Summer’s here, and it’s the perfect time to switch up your hairstyle! I went for a more daring look this time with an asymmetrical cut. While I do like the change, I’m not completely satisfied yet and might get the longer side trimmed shorter so it’s only shorter in the front. I’m curious to see what my new stylist will suggest. Since I’m in The Netherlands, I’ll be trying out a new hairdresser, and I’m also planning to add some highlights for the season.
One of the standout pieces in my summer wardrobe is a colorful top from my summer capsule. It’s great with high-waisted pants because it highlights your waist despite the top’s looser fit. It also layers well. For more tips on styling wide cropped pants, check out my advice on that.
I love shopping for new shoes in The Netherlands since they’re often on sale and available in my size. I recently got some comfortable brogues from a new-to-me brand called Gabor, and they have a lot of other fantastic shoes too.
I’ve been adding more colorful items to my summer capsule, so this top is no longer the only bright piece. I’ll share more about that in future articles.
