Exploring Australia's Gold Coast – Stylish Adventures Await

For the Christmas holidays, my family and I decided to head to Australia’s Gold Coast in the east. The plan was to immerse ourselves in nature and just unwind!

I wanted to avoid work as much as possible to recharge for the busy months ahead, so I took lots of casual photos. They still give a good sense of what we did and what I wore.

Here’s what I wore on the plane. Staying warm and comfortable is my top priority, so I always choose stretchy pants and bring an extra jacket.
My outfit: Pants from Gap (old), t-shirt from &Other Stories, a leather jacket from Arma Collection, and shoes from Marc O’Polo.

Our adventure began in Noosa, which is famous for its beautiful beaches and wild koalas. On the first day, I wore a white cotton summer dress from Cos.

I found a lovely printed blue kaftan in Noosa, perfect for the beach:
Outfit: White leggings from Stella Carakasi, Kaftan, and sneakers from Marc O’Polo.

I also wore a vintage Marni tunic/dress I bought in New York, which is made of light cotton and great for a warm summer day:

After Noosa, we visited the largest city in the area and enjoyed a spectacular view from our hotel room. I love exploring new cities and meeting friends I’ve connected with online. I finally met Elizabeth, whom I initially connected with on Instagram.

My outfit: Top and pants from In Good Company, shoes from Fly London.

Of course, city visits also mean shopping. Through social media, I discovered the Australian brand Dogstar Clothing, which I adore. I found a stunning red architectural top:

Brisbane left quite an impression, with its Queensland Gallery of Modern Art and a man-made beach right in the middle of the city.

The city also gave me a chance to dress up. This was my Christmas Day outfit:
Skirt, top, and necklace from In Good Company, shoes from Prada (thrifted), and bag from Mirjam Zwolsman.

Next, we headed to Tenterfield, but I’ll share more about my Australian adventures and outfits next week.

As you can tell, I didn’t pack just practical clothes for this holiday. Instead, I picked outfits that made me happy, which currently means a lot of white!

What do you like to pack for a holiday?
