Styling Tips for Sunny Days in the Netherlands

I’m back in The Netherlands, which means I get to spend time with my friend Greetje. We love to explore new towns, and this time we decided to visit Alkmaar. While Alkmaar is famous for its cheese market, it’s also a charming town with canals, adorable little streets, and fun boutiques.

The weather was great, so everyone was outside enjoying the beautiful terraces. It was also a perfect day for me to wear my new hat. Coincidentally, Greetje and I ended up matching in red, white, and blue outfits.

You might remember this top I bought in Australia a few years ago. It’s always nice when something old matches perfectly with something new, like this striped skirt from Stella Carakasi. My Fly London sandals are comfortable and ideal for walking around town.

Of course, we did some shopping. I found this amazing reversible dress that I can wear two ways. I love the striped fabric, which also comes in pants that I wore during another outing to a market in Haarlem. These pants paired well with my asymmetrical knitted top and Antelope sandals.

Here’s another knitted high-low top I wore, matched with older asymmetrical Antelope booties. I also wore an asymmetrical tunic from Stella Carakasi on a sunny but windy day.
